We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to these classes focuses on learning and applying the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu without the traditional GI/kimono. Students practice various techniques wearing academy shorts and an academy t-shirt. Students will learn and practice: break falls, escapes, positioning, leverage and opening the guard. Students will also learn and practice: advanced sweeps, advanced submissions, advanced escapes and counters.

Competition is encouraged but not required
